Entry value protected if threshold is not met
If the minimum ticket threshold is not reached by the draw date, every participant's full entry value is automatically converted to RaffleProp Home Credit — no forms, no chasing. Credits never expire and can be used for any future campaign.
Full cash refund if RaffleProp cancels
If we cancel a campaign for any reason, every ticket holder receives a full cash refund. Funds never leave escrow until the draw is verified and the FCCPC winner list is confirmed.
RaffleProp covers all legal fees
The winner pays nothing for title transfer. RaffleProp covers all Deed of Assignment preparation, stamp duty, and land registration fees.
Winner notified within 3 days
Required by FCCPA §123. If identity verification passes, the property title transfer process begins immediately and typically completes within 30–60 days.

Is RaffleProp safe — what happens to my money?

All ticket proceeds are held in a ring-fenced escrow account at a named Nigerian bank, separate from RaffleProp's operating funds. The escrow account number is published on every campaign page. Funds never leave escrow until a draw is independently verified and the FCCPC winner list is confirmed.

Is RaffleProp gambling or a lottery?

No. RaffleProp runs promotional competitions under the Federal Competition & Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018, which require a genuine skill assessment to enter. It is not a lottery and not a betting product. Each campaign carries its own FCCPC approval reference.

What if a competition does not reach its minimum?

Your entry value is always protected. If a campaign does not reach the minimum ticket threshold by the draw date, 100% of every participant's entry value is automatically converted to RaffleProp Home Credit — usable on any future campaign, with no forms to fill in. If RaffleProp cancels a campaign, every ticket holder receives a full cash refund.

How do I know the draw is fair?
