Property is the largest store of household wealth in Nigeria, and the most illiquid. A homeowner who needs to liquidate a property faces months of negotiation, agents who underprice, buyers who haggle, and legal processes that drag. Meanwhile, millions of working Nigerians and diaspora citizens dream of owning a home but cannot afford the deposit on a mortgage, navigate the documentation, or access financing on fair terms. Two real problems, side by side, with no platform connecting them.
RaffleProp connects these two realities through a regulated promotional competition framework. The property owner gets fair market value through a guaranteed sale at NIESV-certified valuation. The buyer participates at low entry cost — for the price of a meal, a chance at a home — with full transparency, full regulatory protection, and the genuine possibility of winning a real property whose ownership is verified, escrowed, and witnessed.

Your Rights as a RaffleProp Buyer
Every RaffleProp buyer has the following rights, regardless of campaign, ticket count, or any other factor. These are not aspirations — they are commitments backed by our regulatory framework, our internal policies, and our audited operating procedures.
You have the right to know exactly what you are buying.
Every campaign discloses the property, its certified market value, the ticket price, the total cap, the minimum threshold, the draw date, and your odds — before you pay.
You have the right to a transaction record for every purchase.
In compliance with Section 118 of the FCCPA 2018, every ticket purchase generates an immediate, permanent record sent to your email and accessible from your buyer dashboard.
You have the right to your privacy.
Your personal data is used solely for the purposes you have consented to. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time under the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation 2019.
Your participation value is fully protected if the minimum threshold is not met.
If a campaign closes without reaching the minimum ticket count required for the draw, every participant's full entry value is automatically converted to RaffleProp Home Credit — redeemable for any future campaign, no expiry.
You have the right to witness or independently verify any draw.
Every draw is conducted in the presence of FCCPC and relevant state regulatory officers, recorded on video, and archived publicly. You can watch any past draw at any time.
You have the right to expect us to keep our word.
Every commitment on this page and in our regulatory filings is binding on RaffleProp Ltd. We are accountable to twelve Nigerian regulatory bodies and to you. If we fall short, tell us — and tell our regulators.

Regulatory Framework
RaffleProp Ltd is a Nigerian private company limited by shares, incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 with registration number RC9484205.
Regulatory Oversight
RaffleProp operates under the oversight of twelve Nigerian regulatory bodies covering consumer protection, gaming, advertising, taxation, anti-money laundering, and data protection. Internal compliance is led by an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer reporting directly to the Founder.
